Order Processing: Once you place an order, we immediately begin processing it for shipment. Please note that we are unable to make changes, cancel, or alter your order once it has been confirmed.
Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, our logistics partners deliver orders within 5-7 days.
Address Accuracy: It is crucial that you enter your address accurately during checkout. We are unable to make any changes to the address once the order has been confirmed.
Lost Packages: QuirkyBows is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
Customer Responsibility: Once your package enters the logistics partner’s system, you become responsible for it. If any issues arise with your package after it is in the hands of the logistics partner, please contact their office for assistance.
Limited Control: Once we hand over the package to our logistics partner, we have limited control over its delivery. We cannot provide further assistance in such cases. If your tracking email indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it or if your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner, whichever is responsible for carrying your order, as they can often help track it down.
