Eligibility for Refunds:
1. Damaged or Defective Products:
 If any item is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it. To initiate a replacement, we kindly request that you send us an email with a photo and an unboxing video of the damaged product. This helps us understand the issue and ensures a swift resolution.
2. Returns and Exchanges: Due to hygiene precautions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products. However, we do accept exchanges if you return the items to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product and receiving the new one in exchange.
